These terms help explain how the KODICAB reservation process works and what customers should expect before pickup, payment and service delivery.
General terms
- KODICAB provides private transportation services based on the reservation details submitted by the customer.
- Quotes are generated from the route and service details entered on the website and may be reviewed before payment is requested.
- Submitting a reservation request does not create a confirmed booking until payment has been completed.
- Customers are responsible for entering correct pickup, destination, date, time and contact information.
Service conditions
- Airport pickups may include meet and greet, driver with sign, tolls included and up to 60 minutes waiting time when stated on the website or quotation.
- Custom stops, roundtrip service, hourly bookings and optional extras depend on availability and the route requested.
- KODICAB may contact the customer to clarify the reservation before payment or before service if more information is needed.
- The customer must disclose luggage, child seat requests, surfboard requests or any special requirement during the booking request whenever possible.
Cancellations, refunds and no-shows
Please also read the dedicated Cancellation & Refund Policy. In general, cancellations made 24 hours or more before pickup qualify for a full refund, while late cancellations and no-shows may be non-refundable.
