Payments & Booking Policy

KODICAB does not force customers into a rushed checkout. The route and service details are reviewed first, then the customer receives a payment link. This page explains how that process works.

How payment works

Reservation request
Customer submits pickup, destination, date, time, passengers and extras using the booking form.

Reservation review
KODICAB checks the route, vehicle, pickup notes and service details before taking payment.

Payment link sent
A secure payment link is sent after review. KODICAB may process payment links through Repayd, formerly Trust My Travel.

Booking confirmed
The reservation becomes confirmed after payment is successfully completed.

Important payment notes

Submitting the reservation request does not by itself confirm the booking.
The booking is confirmed once payment is completed and accepted.
If a refund is approved, it is returned to the original payment method.
Customers should make sure the email address and phone/WhatsApp number on the reservation are correct to receive payment follow-up.
