Cancellation & Refund Policy

KODICAB wants customers to understand the cancellation terms before paying. This page explains when a booking qualifies for a full refund, when a cancellation becomes non-refundable and how refunds are returned.

Refund eligibility

24 hours or more before pickupReservations cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time qualify for a full refund.
Less than 24 hours before pickupCancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable unless KODICAB approves an exception in writing.
No-showIf the passenger does not appear for the scheduled pickup and no cancellation was approved in time, the booking is non-refundable.
Refund destinationApproved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the booking.
Full refund 24+ hours before pickup Late cancellations may be non-refundable Refunds go back to original payment method
